•  This is a personal delivery service bringing exceptional products direct from the farm to your doorstep once a month on a set delivery day (See delivery days below). •  You fill in the order form and e-mail (preferably) or fax to us, including your details. Alternatively, if we already have your details (existing customers), you can simply SMS your order, giving the product code and quantity to 083 326 5488(eg.C1x2, P28x1etc.) Please include your full name in the SMS message. If you haven't received the product list and order form contact us and we will e-mail or fax them to you.

•  Orders must be received at least 8 days prior to scheduled delivery dates.

•  All products are subject to availability, so order early! (Why not right now. We'll send an SMS reminder before your delivery arrives) .

•  There must be someone at home (maid, gardener) to receive delivery. Alternatively organize delivery to one destination/household where you are able to collect (or to your work address). For those living in complexes or the same street it obviously helps us if you are able to co-ordinate a number of orders delivered to one address.

•  This is a CASH ON DELIVERY service so please ensure that if you are not receiving the delivery personally you have organized payment. Alternatively you can make a direct deposit into our bank account. (Bank acc. details on order form). We will send an SMS with your total amount owing prior to delivery.

•  Please note we can only prepare your invoice once we have prepared & packaged all products, particularly in the case of the meats, as there is obviously variation in the weights of some of the products. We therefore can't invoice you well in advance but will let you know the total amount owed ASAP. (Usually 6:30pm the evening prior to delivery day).

•  There is a small service charge per order depending on your delivery area. (Midlands & Pmb R40, Hillcrest, Kloof, Pinetown R40, Westville, Durban,Umhlanga R45, Ballito, Zululand R50)

•  We hope to build up a customer base that receives a regular monthly order. (Please notify us if you would like a standing monthly order). Monthly updates will be sent to you via e-mail notifying you of any new suppliers and additional products that become available.

DELIVERY DAYS

PMB, Hillcrest, Kloof , Pinetown, Cowies Hill, Westville & Mid Illovo deliveries are currently scheduled for the first Thursday of every month and Durban, Umhlanga, Mt Edgecome & Ballito for the third Thursday of every month.

Zululand deliveries are dropped for collection on the first Friday of every month at John Ross Service Station, Empangeni. (Collection from 13h00 onwards).

We will notify you of the next delivery date via e-mail and SMS updates. You will also receive reminders to order prior to closure of orders for each delivery. (i.e. one week before delivery date).

Reminder: Orders must be received at least 8 days prior to  scheduled delivery dates.

Early orders will be given preference if supplies should become limited. Order early not to be disappointed!
