PORK

We offer exceptional speciality pork products with absolute traceability. All the pork used is from a family-run farm situated in the Natal Midlands. Only the best genetics available in South Africa are used in the herd. Work is carried out with the assistance of a specialized pig Veterinarian. All the pigs are kept under humane conditions and are only fed maize/protein based HORMONE-FREE diets. All meat used is sourced from selected young female pigs thus removing any chance of boar taint. All the products are 100% pork and are made using traditional methods only - they are hand made and oak smoked on the farm!

CHICKEN

Superior quality chickens are raised on an established farm, with over 20 years of experience, in the KZN Midlands. They are fed a HORMONE-FREE grain based diet. The chickens are raised in a free range environment. What you see is what you get! All the chickens are processed on the farm and are of the highest quality. A fantastic range of products is offered and they're definitely worth a try!

BEEF

The finest quality beef available is sourced from a local farm that has been breeding beef cattle for over 100 years! They are renowned for their quality, marbled beef. All management practices are aimed at creating a completely stress free environment, with animal well-being the main priority. The care with which the cattle are handled, quality feed, the absence of hormone or steroid use , and the professional manner in which the meat is processed, portioned and packaged will ensure you the best cut of beef available.

LAMB

The finest quality lamb is sourced from farms in the Karoo , NW Cape and Namibia . Lambs are sourced from farmers in these drier areas as the environment there lends itself to the natural production of lamb without supplementation, hormone or steroid use being necessary. This free range system gives rise to a well muscled, flavoursome carcass that is not excessively fat. The range of lamb products available are expertly packed and portioned to suit customer's preferences.

Wholesome country casseroles and pies, delicious cakes and preserves, real comfort food freshly made on Little Revesby Farm in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands. Only the finest ingredients produced in the area are used. No artificial preservatives or colourants are used in any of the products.
